About Elevex Digital
We started this because we watched
good businesses struggle for no good reason.
Elevex Digital was built for one type of business — established local service operators who are already doing good work, but can’t rely on a predictable flow of the right customers to keep moving forward. We know what that uncertainty costs. Not just in revenue. In sleep. In stress. In the conversations you dread having when a quiet period stretches longer than it should.
Elevex exists to fix that — specifically and permanently.
Why we exist
The problem wasn't that these businesses weren't good enough.
It was that no one was filling their pipeline consistently.
Before starting Elevex, I spent years working in corporate — specifically in recruitment and employment services. The job was fundamentally about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, understanding what both sides of that equation needed, and building systems that made those connections happen reliably rather than by chance.
Busy season would arrive and things would be fine. Then it would slow down — and a business that was thriving three months ago was scrambling.
They’d tried the usual things. A lead platform here. A Facebook ad there. An agency that promised the world and sent reports full of metrics that didn’t mean anything. None of it stuck — because none of it was built around their business specifically. Their service area, their job types, their average job value, their capacity.
That’s the gap Elevex was built to close. Not generic marketing for anyone who’ll sign a contract. A full customer acquisition system built specifically for high-ticket local service businesses — that fills the pipeline consistently, so the quiet periods stop being something to fear.
The team
Small on purpose.
Focused on results.
Elevex is deliberately not a big agency. I’m the one you’ll speak to — from the first call through to the ongoing relationship. Every strategy conversation, every reporting review, every question you have comes directly to me.
Behind that, I work with a carefully selected group of specialist freelancers — each one focused on their specific craft, whether that’s paid advertising, SEO, web development, or conversion optimisation. No juniors learning on your dime. No account managers relaying messages between you and the person actually doing the work. You deal with me, and the work gets done by people who are genuinely good at what they do.
This is intentional. It’s how we stay focused, stay responsive, and stay honest about what we can deliver.
Straight talk
We tell you what’s working and what isn’t. We set realistic expectations before you sign anything. If something isn’t going to move the needle for your business, we tell you that too — even if it means recommending something we don’t offer.
Visible work
Every month you see exactly what we did, what changed, and what it produced. No mystery retainers. No vague reports. If you can’t see the work, we haven’t done it — and that’s a standard we hold ourselves to without exception.
Results over vanity
We measure success in calls, booked appointments, and revenue in the door. Not impressions. Not click-through rates. Not brand awareness. The metrics that matter to a business owner running real jobs are the only ones we care about.
Elevex exists to fix that — specifically and permanently.
What we understand that most agencies don’t
Local service businesses are not like other businesses.
They shouldn't be marketed like they are.
- We understand local service economics. A $150 cost per lead is exceptional when the average job is worth $12,000 — and catastrophic when it's worth $400. We build campaigns around those economics, not industry averages that don't apply to your business.
- We understand how homeowners make decisions. Someone searching for a roofing company at 7pm on a Sunday behaves completely differently from a B2B buyer doing procurement research. The trust signals that convert them, the copy that makes them call, and the follow-up that keeps them warm are all specific to how they make buying decisions.
- We understand the real cost of the feast-famine cycle. It's not just a revenue problem — it's a planning problem, a staffing problem, and a personal financial pressure problem. A predictable pipeline doesn't just improve the business. It changes how the owner feels about running it.
- We understand what "done-for-you" actually means when someone is on the tools all day and doesn't have time to manage a marketing agency, review dashboards, or chase updates. It means we handle it. You approve what needs your sign-off. Everything else is on us.
What working with us looks like
No black boxes.
No disappearing acts. No surprise bills.
Four commitments we make to every client from the first day to the last.
Commitment 01
You deal with the same person, every time
Every call, every update, every question — you speak to me directly. Not a different account manager each quarter. Not someone who has to “check with the team” before giving you a straight answer. The person who convinced you to work with us is the same person responsible for making it work.
Commitment 02
You see exactly what we’re doing and why
Before we start, you know the plan. During the engagement, you get a plain-English update every month on what we did, what moved, and what it cost per lead or per booked job. If something changes, you hear it from us first — not when you notice it yourself.
Commitment 03
We tell you when something isn’t working
We’d rather have a hard conversation early than let a campaign run quietly in the wrong direction for three months. If a channel isn’t producing, if a page isn’t converting, if the leads aren’t the right quality — we tell you, we explain why, and we tell you what we’re changing. No protecting bad results with complicated language.
Commitment 04
We don’t take on every business that enquires
Elevex is selective about who we work with — not as a sales tactic, but because the model only works when we’re genuinely confident we can move the needle. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll tell you on the first call. That honesty is worth more than a signed contract we’re not sure about.

They explained things in plain English, kept us updated, and didn't disappear once the project started. First time that's happened with a marketing agency.

What made us trust them was that they actually understood how local service businesses work — not just marketing theory. They talked about job values and lead quality like they'd been thinking about it for years.

Who we’re for
We work with businesses that are already good.
Our job is to make sure everyone knows it.
Elevex isn’t a turnaround service. We don’t take on struggling businesses and promise to save them. The businesses we work best with are already doing quality work — they have strong reviews, they deliver on what they promise, and their customers are happy. What they don’t have is a reliable, predictable system for finding more of the right customers. If that’s you, the Growth Engine works.
Good fit if —
- Your average job is worth $3,000 or more
- You're already doing good work and have the reviews to show it
- You're already doing good work and have the reviews to show it
- You follow up on enquiries when they come in
- You want a growth partner, not just another vendor to manage
Come back when ready if —
- You're just getting started and haven't validated your offer
- You're not in a position to invest in growth right now
- You're looking for a quick fix rather than a long-term system
- You can't handle more jobs in the next 30 days
Not sure which side of the line you’re on? That’s what the first call is for. We’ll tell you honestly.
By the numbers
One focus.
Compounding over time.

If this sounds like the kind of partnership
you've been looking for, let's talk.
Book a free strategy call. I’ll ask about your business, your current enquiry flow, and your goals. You’ll get a straight answer on whether we’re a fit — and if we are, exactly what working together would look like. No pitch deck. No pressure. Just a real conversation between two people working out if there’s something worth doing here.
- You speak to me directly — not a sales rep
- 15 minutes
- We'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit
- Response within 1 business day
P.S. — If you’ve been burned by an agency before, you’re not being difficult by wanting clarity, accountability, and proof before you trust someone with your marketing budget. That’s just what a good working relationship should look like. The call is free. The conversation is straight. And if we’re not the right fit, I’ll tell you that on the call and point you toward what might be.
