Why we exist

The problem wasn't that these businesses weren't good enough.

It was that no one was filling their pipeline consistently.

Before starting Elevex, I spent years working in corporate — specifically in recruitment and employment services. The job was fundamentally about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, understanding what both sides of that equation needed, and building systems that made those connections happen reliably rather than by chance.

Busy season would arrive and things would be fine. Then it would slow down — and a business that was thriving three months ago was scrambling.

Outside of work, I watched friends and people I knew personally running home improvement businesses, trade businesses, local service operations — businesses they’d built from nothing, businesses they were genuinely good at. And I kept seeing the same pattern. Busy season would arrive and things would be fine. Then it would slow down, the enquiries would dry up, and suddenly a business that was thriving three months ago was scrambling. Not because the quality of the work had changed. Not because the reputation had changed. Because there was no system behind the scenes making sure new customers kept arriving.
